About Yeshim
Yeshim is a specialist in organisation development, conflict prevention, and dialogue building. She works with small businesses and conglomerates; with politicians, academic and public sector organisations in the UK, the European Union, USA, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Lebanon, South Africa, and Colombia.
With her two decades of experience, she acquired the ability to transfer lessons from international disputes, even involving those most reluctant to engage in the process, to corporate and organisational challenges. Her unorthodox journey revealed to her that the universal principles of navigating complexities are applicable across borders and sectors. Her skillsets in dialogue, negotiation and strategy transcend traditional methods, allowing her to turn conflicts into opportunities for growth.
She provides consultancy to the corporate, NGO and academic sectors. She is a TIL (The Institute of Leadership) approved trainer. Her past and present clients include the UN agencies, British Parliament and the military. (Full list)
